Using Probiotics To Get Rid Of Acne

Acne is a real pain to deal with and quite an embarrasing skin condition to have. I sufferred from it for over 5 years and hated having to deal with it. it wasn’t until I decided to take it seriously that I started to find out what the best treatment was and it was only at that point that I made progress, finally cleared up my skin and cured my acne. You can do it too with the right education and knowledge and implementation of that knowledge.

One of the things that I recommend is probiotics. Probiotics are good bacteria which you need in your diet to both balance out the bad bacteria but then also to give your gut what it needs in order to digest food and everything else. Probiotics allow your gut to do it’s job in order to clease the body of bad bacteria and toxins that would otherwise be stagnant in the body.

Probiotics are great but another thing that is great and has the same benefits of probiotics is fermented/cultured foods. Vegetables can be cultured, coconut milk, kefir, kim-chee and many other things are cultured or fermented. This means that it has been sitting in an area and has had the good bacteria grow on the food which make’s it even healthier and more beneficial for you. This is good because you get the health benefits of the vegetables but you also get the benefit of the good bacteria in your gut flora.

You also need ot drink more water on a daily basis as well as eat more vegetables and fruits. Your body needs to stay hydrated and have the nutrients and vitamins that heal your skin and keep it clear. I recommend eating carrots and apples often because both of these contain pectin which is a beneficial compound that pulls toxins out of the body which may otherwise cause breakouts and problems.
